Throughout the evening, Moscow's aerial assaults have led to power cuts in large parts of Ukraine's capital, the Ukrainian capital.
Several individuals were wounded while residents in the city's east were plunged into darkness and encountered disruption to water supplies, according to local authorities.
At the same time, a minor was fatally injured in a separate aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia region in the southeastern part, as reported by area administrators.
Moscow has intensified attacks on electrical systems over the past few days, while officials has demanded "concrete actions" from allies to increase pressure on Moscow.
"What is required is not symbolic gestures but firm measures - from the America, Europe and the Group of Seven - in providing protection systems and implementing sanctions," he wrote in a public message.
Authorities reported that hundreds of unmanned aircraft and several dozen rockets struck energy facilities, describing such attacks as "premeditated" and against "essential services" as winter approaches.
The energy minister said Moscow was "launching a major assault" and technical staff were laboring to repair systems.
A series of attacks struck energy infrastructure and civilian homes in the capital.
Multiple people wounded in the attacks on the city have been transported for medical care, as confirmed by city authorities.
Area administrators said the urban area endured intense attacks throughout the evening. A young boy lost their life and several individuals were hurt.
The attacks succeed nights of air raids in the territory, portions of which remain under the control of Russian forces.
All of Ukraine is under warning for hypersonic Kinzhal missile strikes, which are more difficult to detect.
National leaders told the media that Moscow was purposely seeking to destroy the national power system, with attacks already impacting gas facilities.
He said utility staff and authorities were anticipating further attacks.
